Multi-agent minutes generation is now available to every workspace. Original files can also be downloaded from a knowledge base by the people entitled to access them, while improved agenda reading handles difficult board-pack layouts more reliably. This release also includes refinements to minutes editing, Word exports and the Beacon connector.
Meetings that took place before Starlight was in the call can now be brought in from a transcript, switching between workspaces happens from the profile menu without signing in again, and the invitations list shows where each invitation stands. Alongside these, refinements to knowledge base selection, agenda extraction and Word exports.
New access controls let administrators assign roles directly from the team list, knowledge bases now accept spreadsheets alongside documents, and Teams transcript exports import cleanly. Alongside these, a set of smaller refinements across minutes tables, agenda titles, Word exports and calendar connections.
The action items tracker now sits beside the transcript for every organisation, and the newest generation of AI models is available to power your agents. Meeting setup makes it clear when changes are unsaved and always generates from the configuration you see. A series of reliability fixes means calendar connections recover gracefully, Word exports open with proper title styling and continuous numbering, and knowledge base uploads handle more document formats.
You can now raise a support request straight from the dashboard Help menu — Starlight captures your session context automatically so the team can respond faster. Training videos in Help now play reliably, with clearer controls when something goes wrong. A broad set of formatting fixes means legal lists, section numbering, attendance tables, and Word exports stay faithful to your template — and edits save to the version you are actually viewing.
Starlight now reads your board pack and builds a structured agenda automatically — numbered, nested, and ready to review before minutes are generated. You can accept, edit, reorder, and add items in meeting setup without retyping from the pack. When a combined board pack covers several entities, Starlight detects them and routes each to the right knowledge base so minutes stay scoped and accurate. Uploading files to a knowledge base is easier on smaller screens, Word exports honour your template alignment settings, and minutes generation no longer fails when list items begin with a year or count.
Starlight now tells you the moment your minutes are ready, so you no longer have to keep checking back. You can also install Starlight as an app on your desktop or device, opening it in its own window straight from your taskbar or home screen. Across the board the dashboard is faster to load and steadier on the page, with a refreshed, more consistent interface — and speaker names now stay correct in boardrooms that share a single device, even when voices are merged.
Speaker names now stay accurate from the live meeting all the way through to the final minutes — including in boardrooms where everyone shares one microphone. Every meeting keeps a full history of its minutes, so you can switch between versions, compare drafts, and go back to one you preferred. Viewing a colleague's calendar no longer needs a separate approval, the editor surface is calmer, and minutes generation produces tighter, better-evidenced documents. Behind the scenes, knowledge-base search recovers automatically from credential changes and the platform starts up faster after each release.
Generated minutes now use proper outline numbering — 1, 1.1, 1.1.1 — that flows continuously across sections and exports cleanly to Word. Norwegian and Swedish join the supported transcription languages. Multi-organisation users choose their workspace at sign-in. The live meeting sidebar is fully redesigned with active speaker indicators, search, and real-time stats. Plus: configurable formatting per agent, faster calendar search, calendar disconnect, and reliability fixes across the platform.
Knowledge base uploads are now faster with multi-file support across all sections. Analytics gets date range filters and clickable meeting links. Users with the right permissions can now edit any minutes in their organisation.

The knowledge base search engine has been upgraded to Azure AI Search v3, bringing faster indexing, better relevance ranking, and support for exact keyword and boolean queries. Document uploads now require section assignment so the AI always knows what it's reading. A new built-in bug reporter makes issue resolution faster, and the Teams bot no longer gets stuck in the lobby.
One meeting, multiple fund entities — the platform can now generate separate, tailored minutes for each entity from a single transcript. The agent configuration interface has been completely redesigned with collapsible sections and searchable dropdowns. Speaker identification and the Teams bot have been hardened for better reliability.
You can now edit meeting minutes directly in the browser with a smooth inline editing experience. Transcript processing costs have been reduced by 60% through prompt caching. Knowledge base search is faster and more accurate, documents are now stored in Azure Blob Storage, and dark mode has landed across all organisation settings pages.
