Live Meeting Intelligence, Smarter Search & Delete Controls
See who's speaking live without refreshing. Track multiple concurrent meetings at a glance. A new keyword search mode gives agents precise control over structured lookups. Minutes editors gain reliable outline numbering and closer Word fidelity. Users and admins can now delete transcripts and minutes directly from the calendar.
IMPROVEMENTS
Real-Time Meeting Intelligence
Why we updated this
Live call status required navigating away or refreshing — there was no at-a-glance view of what was happening in an active meeting.
How it works now
Live call status is now visible directly in the meeting sidebar, showing active speakers, participant counts, and a live duration timer. The calendar view now polls all concurrent meetings simultaneously, so you can track multiple live sessions at a glance. Speaker identification is smarter: when a speaker cannot be confidently identified, their label is cleanly suppressed rather than showing a generic placeholder.
What to do
No action needed — live status updates automatically in the meeting sidebar.
Minutes Editor Outline Numbering & Word Fidelity
Why we updated this
Hierarchical section numbering (e.g., 1.1.1) was inconsistent across browsers, and font and spacing settings from Word templates weren't faithfully reflected in the editor or export.
How it works now
The minutes editor now uses a CSS-based outline numbering system that produces reliable hierarchical numbering across all browsers. Font and spacing settings from your Word template are now applied faithfully in both the in-browser preview and the exported document. A new outline layout toggle lets you choose between flat (single-column) and nested (indented) list styles.
What to do
No action needed. Existing minutes are unaffected; new generations will reflect the improved formatting.
Keyword Search Mode
Why we updated this
Semantic search is powerful for meaning-based queries, but fund administration requires precise lookups — resolution numbers, formal party names, dates — where exact matching matters.
How it works now
A new keyword search mode lets agents search knowledge bases using exact phrases, wildcards, and boolean operators. This mode is faster and more cost-effective for targeted queries, complementing the existing semantic search.
What to do
No action needed — keyword search is available automatically. Your agents will use the most appropriate mode based on the query.
Team-Based Knowledge Base Visibility
Why we updated this
All knowledge bases were visible to all users, regardless of team structure, making it harder to manage access as organisations scaled.
How it works now
Knowledge bases can now be scoped to specific teams or kept organisation-wide, giving admins finer control over who can discover and use each knowledge source. Agent selector options now show the creation date of each configuration, making it easier to identify which version of an agent is being used.
What to do
No action needed for existing setups. Team admins can scope new knowledge bases in the Knowledge Bases section.
User Removal from Organisation
Why we updated this
Offboarding a user required manual intervention outside the platform.
How it works now
Admins can now remove users from the organisation directly from the platform. Access is revoked immediately upon removal.
What to do
Available in Organisation settings. Owners only — confirm before proceeding as access is revoked immediately.
FIXES
Delete Minutes & Transcripts
Why we updated this
There was no way to delete meeting minutes or transcripts from within the platform — users had to request removals manually.
How it works now
Users can now delete meeting minutes and transcripts directly from the calendar and meeting views, with confirmation prompts and appropriate permission controls. Deletion respects your organisation's role and team structure — owners and team admins can manage records for their members.
What to do
Available immediately in the calendar and meeting views. Deletions are irreversible — confirmation is required before proceeding.
